We're a small kitchen, not a data company. Here is the honest, short version of what we do with your information.
What we actually collect
When you order through WhatsApp, we see whatever you send us: your name, number and the order message itself, so we know what to cook and where to send it. If you join our list on the site, we keep your email so we can tell you about new dishes and offers. That is genuinely it. We do not run trackers, sell profiles, or ask for anything we do not need to get your food to you.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing purposes. Your order chats and your email stay with us, used only to make your food and, if you opted in, to tell you when something new is ready.
Ordering through Swiggy or Zomato
When you order through Swiggy or Zomato, your payment and delivery details are handled by them, under their own privacy policies, not ours. We only receive what we need to prepare and hand off your order.
Want to be removed
Write to hello@tadkatime.com and we will take your email off our list and delete any details we are holding that are not tied to an active order.
