Our story, our swaad
TadkaTime started with one of us being tired of a job that was fine and nothing more, and wanting something with his own name on it. What he was actually good at was feeding people, so that became the work.
One rule came with it: cook like your best friend is coming over hungry. No palm oil, no sad steel trays, and nothing cooked before you order it.
