If you don’t like brocolli then I suggest you try this, who knows you may reconsider!… and if you like brocolli then this one is definitely not to be missed. Brocolli and cheese discs combine brocolli with mozarella cheese and potatoes. This recipe calls for limited ingredients and is quick to prepare and the bonus they are baked so quite healthy too!
- 1-1/2 cup Brocolli finely chopped
- 1 cup boiled and mashed potato
- 1/2 cup mozarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon ginger and green chilli paste
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano flakes
- salt to taste
Fill a microwaveable bowl with water and microwave the brocolli on high for 6 minutes. Drain the water and transfer the brocolli into a mixing bowl making sure you squeeze off any exceess water.
Mix all the remaining ingredients in the mixing bowl and make flat round discs.
Dust the flat discs with purpose flour or maida or corn flour.
Bake them in the oven for 30 minutes at 400 degress fareheit.
Serve with tomato ketchup.
