This smoothie is a perfect blend of banana, strawberries, oatmeal and almond milk. This is a perfect breakfast option for kids who are rushing to school in the morning. A picky eater like mine enjoys this smoothie, so I guess it is a no brainer. This is also ideal grab and go for adults too. I’m using almond milk so it is suitable for vegans.

Here is what you need for this smoothie :
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1/4 cup oats
- 2 1/2 cups almond milk
Add the fruits in a blender and blend until smooth. Your breakfast on the go is ready!
Notes:
- I do not add sugar or any sweeteners. But if you want to add a little bit of more sweetness, you could add a date or a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup.
- You can use frozen fruits instead of fresh. Bananas taste extremely sweet when they are overripe. I freeze them and use them in smoothies.
- I used almond milk; you can replace it with any diary or non-diary milk of your choice
- I use my Vitamix 5200 for all wet and dry grinding and blending purposes and I love it. I’m using the current one since 2012 and it’s still going strong!
